All Accessible Locations in GTA 6: Buildings, Interiors and More

An Unprecedented Level of Access
One of the most exciting features coming to GTA 6 is the incredible level of accessibility across the game world. According to reliable sources and insider leaks, up to 80% of buildings in the game will be fully explorable. This is a massive leap from previous GTA titles, where most buildings were just background decoration or had limited interior spaces.
In GTA 6, you’ll be able to walk into apartments, bars, gas stations, convenience stores, police stations, gyms, and even random residential homes. This completely changes how players interact with the world and opens the door to new types of gameplay — from burglaries and investigations to casual exploration or story-driven encounters.
Types of Explorable Locations
Here are some of the location categories you’ll be able to access in GTA 6:
- Residential Buildings: Apartments, houses, and villas with open interiors.
- Commercial Spaces: Bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and shops.
- Public Buildings: Hospitals, police stations, banks, and courthouses.
- Underground Areas: Parking garages, metro stations, sewers, and hidden tunnels.
- Industrial Zones: Warehouses, docks, and factories with multiple levels to explore.
Each of these areas may contain loot, side missions, or NPC interactions — giving the map far more depth than in any previous Rockstar title.
